In August 2012, Russia officially became the 156th member of the WTO. After entering WTO, Russia will usher in a new starting point of its own economic development and foreign economic and trade cooperation, which will have a profound impact on the regional and even the world economy. Before that, Russia had been worried about its accession to the WTO, fearing that the reduction of import tariffs and other open policies would have an impact on its domestic industry. Anatoly topilin, an expert of Russia's Macroeconomic Research Institute, believes that with the opening of the market, the entry of foreign commodities will bring fierce competition to Russia's
light industry and high-tech industry, which will lead to changes in Russia's employment structure.

As Boris fuming, chairman of the textile industry and light industry business committee of the Russian chamber of Commerce and industry, put it, coins have two sides, and Russia's accession to the WTO has advantages and disadvantages, but generally speaking, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Boris fuming takes textile light industry as an example, which is one of the weakest industries in Russia. In its 2-3 trillion roubles textile light industry market, only 20% - 25% of the local product market share needs to be maintained by imports. Fuming believes that China's accession to the WTO will eliminate about 50% of the gray imports in the import share.

The Russian textile light industry market will be more standardized from then on, and the local enterprises will have the opportunity
to grow. At the same time, trade partners are willing to invest and cooperate in a more fair and legal Russian market. The Russian
textile machinery exhibition in Moscow is held by Zao Expo Centre & Messe Dusseldorf The exhibition is held once a year by GmbH,
